Refund and Returns Policy

At Ghilafenur, our goal is to meet our customers by treating customers as families. To make it easy for you to shop online, we give you a 10 -day easier to return, exchange and refund policy. We have a 7 -day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving the item and request a return.

To return to return, your goods must be the same as the conditions you receive, do not use or not use the label and their original packaging. You will also need a receipt or proof of purchase.

Special offer items cannot be returned or exchanged. Only defective sales items are eligible for exchange.

Damages and issues

Check your receiving orders and contact us right away. The claim must be proposed within 3 days when the delivery is calculated. To qualify for a refund/exchange/return for a defective item, the item must be in the same condition as when you received it, unused or unused, with tags attached and in the original packaging. You will also need a receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

Refunds will only be made if the items shipped are defective or if the items shipped are different from what was ordered. For all other matters like conversion etc. The refund is not given and only exchange will be delivered. Note that if the price between the exchange elements is different, a refund is not given. In addition, customers must send goods to our office address and pay shipping costs when exchanging goods. We will inspect the goods and then express the exchanged goods. Once you have received and checked back, we will inform you and tell you if the refund has been approved. If you receive confirmation, you will automatically refund your initial payment method. Note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card issuer to process and post the refund.

Exchanges

For hijabs, within 3 days of receiving your order, just send an email to ghilafenur@gmail.com.

However, it should be understood that we cannot cover losses either, so exchanges will only be accepted if the item is returned in salable condition and all packaging and/or labels are intact. If the item is found to be stained, worn, smelly or otherwise different from its original condition when it reaches us, an exchange claim may be refused, in which case the buyer will not be compensated. Only one exchange is offered for a particular order. Shift change does not apply. Plain dresses and tunics can be exchanged for a different size, subject to availability. If the desired size is not available and the first size has been delivered as originally ordered and promised, we will not be able to exchange for another design.

We do not accept change of mind and communication for personal preferences or reasons. Note: You must request an exchange within 3 days of receiving your package, after which we may not be able to assist you.

Color issues

All LCD monitors are calibrated differently, so we cannot guarantee that the colors on your screen (whether viewed via a laptop or mobile device) will exactly match the colors displayed on your screen. All monitors offer a different viewing experience, so accurate color reproduction in real life is often difficult. Although we do our best to capture the colors as close as possible to the true colors, we cannot guarantee a 100% match. Differences between monitors are slight, but this is beyond our control. If you have more questions about color or design, you can always contact our customer support for similar questions.

Non-exchangeable items

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Namaz Chadars, Kids Scarves, Gift Boxes and accessories such as pins, underscarves, scrunchies, niqabs and niqab sets cannot be returned or exchanged.
Unfortunately we don’t provide exchanges on sale items, bundled discounted items or gift cards

Parcel Refusals

If the freight is not paid for after the package has been sent and you refuse to accept it, we will take it seriously. There is a charge for sending the package, so please be careful when placing your order. If you reject a package after shipping, door-to-door delivery, or after the rider arrives at your city and delivery location, the customer is responsible for paying the charges associated with it. When you come to reject the package, if you want to place an order again, we will charge the shipping fee in advance.
